Welcome to Ahmadi Answers

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community is the only Islamic organization to believe that the long-awaited Messiah has come in the person of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad(as) (1835-1908) of Qadian. Ahmad(as) claimed to be the metaphorical second coming of Jesus(as) of Nazareth and the divine guide, whose advent was foretold by the Prophet of Islam, Muhammad(saw). We believe that according to the Qur’an and the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad(saw) it is clear that the latter day messiah would be an imam from amongst the Muslims. Ahmadiyya Muslim Community believes that God sent Ahmad(as), like Jesus(as), to end religious wars, condemn bloodshed and re-institute morality, justice and peace. Ahmad(as)’s advent has brought about an unprecedented era of Islamic revival. He divested Islam of fanatical beliefs and practices by vigorously championing Islam’s true and essential teachings.

False Narration Attributed to Hasan(ra)

This saying does not have a complete chain and is not from sahih sitta nor can be trusted since it is contradicting over 30 verses of Quran and hundreds of ahadith. This “hadith” is brought up by the ones who cannot reply to the Quranic and ahadith proof for the death of Isa(As) nor to the first ijma of the sahaba. This has no authenticity behind it and is not trust able.

Hasan (RA) narrated: “The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said to the Jews, ‘Jesus has not died, he will return to you before the Doomsday.'” (Al-Tabari H.7133)

This narration is also extremely fabricated as its chain of narration tells us. I will mention some of the narrators of the hadith and what has been said about them.

Abdullah Ibn Abi Jaffir: Weak according to imam Adh Dhahabi (Shams-ud-din Muhammad Ibn Ahmad adh-Dhahabi, AD diwan-du’afa wa al matrukin matba’ah an nahdah al hadistsiyya Mecca pg 213)

Abu Ja’far al Razi : Saduq according to Ibn Hajr Asqalani (ra) ( Al Hafiz Ibn Hajr Al Asqalani 1421 pg 770)

Another person mentioned is Ar Rabi Ibn Anas and about him it is said:

Al Ijli- Not strong

Abu Hatim Al Razi- not strong

Abu Jafar is also called not strong by Ahmad Ibn Hanbal, An Nasai, Amr ibn Ali, Al saji and many many more.

Heres a saying attributed to Imam Hasan(ra) apart from all I showed which Muhammad(Saw) has said which prove the death of Isa(As). This is in accordance to the Qur’an unlike the once mentioned above.

Hazrat Imam Hasan after the martyrdom Hazrat Ali said:

“O people! This night there has died a man whose status cannot be reached by the earlier or later generations. The Messenger of Allah used to send him to battle, so on his right would be Gabriel and on his left Michael (Mikal), and he would not return without victory. And he has left but seven hundred Dirhems with which he intended to buy a slave. He died on the night on which the soul of Jesus, son of Mary, was taken up, that is the twenty-seventh of Ramadaan.”
(Tabaqat Kabir, vol. iii, p. 26)

(his soul, not his body, which was taken up to heaven, and that he died on the 27th of Ramadhan)
