Firstly I would like to clear up that the non Ahmadis have changed up the brackets of your own translators to there will be no prophet after me, which is not even the meaning of Aqib. The bracket on your own authentic website, sunnah.com states: (i.e. who succeeds the other prophets in bringing about good) not what you claimed so you got caught trying to lie once already. Now secondly just because this hadith is Bukhari does not make it automatically authentic, this is your misconception. Let us see the narrations of this hadith: al-Hakm bin Nafi’, Abu al-Yaman ——» Shu’aib bin Abi Hamza ——» al-Zuhri ——» Muhammad bin Jubayr bin Mut’im ——» Jubayr bin Mut’im
In regards to al Zuhri it is stated:
“He would fabricate (narrations)”.
Imam Ahmad states that this narrator has incorrectly quoted upwards of about twenty narrations from Zuhri Yahya bin Sa‘id Al-Qattan. Imam Ahmad states states that I testify on oath that Sufyan bin ‘Uyaiyna completely lost his senses in 197 A.H. Hence, anyone who takes a narration from his after this time it is unreliable.” (Mizanul-I‘tidal, Volume 1, p. 397)
In regards to Zuhri It is also said : “He would fabricate (narrations) the odd time.” (Mizanul-I‘tidal, Volume 2, p. 146)
Now another narrator
The very same narrator in this hadith has added the words al aqib is he whom after there is no prophet in the narration of tirmidhi.
Anyhow let us look at the meaning of Al Aqib. The word Aqib is an arabic word. The companions of the Prophet Muhammad(Saw) knew Arabic which makes the ending part of the Tirmidhi narration make no sense. Why would Prophet Muhammad(saw) describe himself and right after that translate the word? If Al Aqib actually meant after whom there is no prophet then the companions would know right away Prophet Muhammad(Saw) would not need to translate it. This shows those latter words were added by someone else.
Hadrat Mullah Ali Qari states: “It is obvious that the words ‘And Al-‘Aqib is he after whom there is no prophet,’ have been added as a commentary by a companion or someone afterwards. Ibni A‘rabi states that Al-‘Aqib refers to someone who succeeds another person in something good.”( Mirqat Sharh Mishkat, Volume 5, p. 376)
This is supported by your own translators in the Bukhari narrations and secondly once again you are rejecting all the ahadith that call the latter day messiah a prophet under Muhammad(saw)
