Allah has Outlined in the Qur’an beautifully:
There is not a township but We shall destroy it before the Day of Resurrection, or punish it with a severe punishment. That is written down in the Book.(Chapter 17 Verse 59)
Allah has made it clear that all townships would be destroyed before the day of judgement and States:
He who follows the right way follows it only for the good of his own soul: and he who goes astray, goes astray only to his own loss. And no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another. We never punish until We have sent a Messenger.(Chapter 17 Verse 16)
Allah also States:
And thy Lord would never destroy the towns until He has raised in the mother town thereof a Messenger, reciting unto them Our Signs; nor would We destroy the towns unless the people thereof are wrongdoers.(Chapter 28 Verse 60)
And He States:
And if We had destroyed them with a punishment before it they would have surely said, ‘Our Lord, wherefore didst Thou not send to us a Messenger that we might have followed Thy commandments before we were humbled and disgraced?’(Chapter 20 Verse 135)
